Currently all missionaries are now on the main island of Viti Levu, therefore we are ready for missionary
departures whenever they will occur. All are safe and well, and most are serving in tri-panionships in and
around Suva. Many of you have accepted our invitation to read the New Testament along with your
missionary in 40 days, I know this will unite us as a mission family during the coming days, also we as
a mission will follow the invitation of President Nelson to fast and pray this Sunday 29thMarch for relief
from the physical, emotional and economic effects of this global pandemic.

Five days prior to the announcement of last Tuesday that all foreign missionaries would return home,
Lautoka town where the first coronavirus case was identified was placed in isolation. Currently we have
8 missionaries serving there, they are all doing well and we have daily contact with them, our anticipation
is that they will be able to leave the area by Friday 3rd April.

As the days are uncertain, and what was normal is no longer, we are moving forward with greater faith
and trust in the Lord than ever before, evidence of this has come in daily miracles, with the movement
of missionaries from island to island, and the great blessing of the witnessing over 100 convert baptisms
this month. The work of “Gathering Israel” continues to roll forward on the shoulders of your valiant sons
and daughters, and our tremendous senior couples who continue to provide strength and wisdom to our
mission.
