Two outs in the bottom of the 5th


Sorry I couldn't email last week. It was a public holiday. which means that my family just sleeps and doesn't need to call me! But last week was way good! It was Diwali witch was way sick. we had heaps of sweets and there were  loads of fireworks! it was way sick! 

This was however was very busy week! so much to do but not enough missionaries to do it! 
this week we had heaps of fun! its different fun then in Nadi and Rabi the fun I have in nasinu actually comes from Teaching people! every lesson is an opportunity for someone to receive not only the restored gospel but eternal life with their families! We had heaps and heaps of great lessons this week but ill just talk about a couple. 1. Lela- I've talked about lela before she's the one that knows everything but just wont take the steps to actually do it. last week however we taught about 3 nephi 27:8 if its mans church it will be in mans names. but if is Jesus's church whose name? Then after that so many prayers and a fast she accepted a baptismal date. 
2. Eliotts- taught them a Lesson three; gospel of Jesus Christ and it was way fun but then they put our return appointment not till this Thursday so i was way way cut because they probably wouldn't come to church! But then on Sunday they just showed up! so more tender mercies from trying your best!
Very busy week but very rewarding The blessings only come after the trial of our faith I know it to be so true. I love you all as i love my family. keep the faith. remember who you are and what you stand for. and watch sons of Provo!

Noqu yaca. Transferred from the roots to the shrub.

This was a crazy week. I've been transferred. I got transferred from nawaka (the root) to nasinu (the shrub). This was the first time I've been way sad to leave. I learned so much from my family in nawaka. They helped me grow and become the missionary that Heavenly Father needs me to be.  Now I'm in nasinu, right next to Suva. My companion is Elda Harding from Niue. It's going to be a really good transfer. I want to share a story that really touched my heart this last week. We found out that I was leaving on Tuesday and left Wednesday. So didn't have a lot of time to say good bye. The first house I went to say goodbye to was the pregnant lady I talked about last week. When we got there we found out that she had giving birth on Monday. We came and met her and found out that she named her  Danele...that's my name! (if you know the movie line you win.) Nausori for the win

This was a great week here in Fiji I hope you all had a great week as well. This week we had three of our family members enter the water of baptism on Saturday. It was the best ending to a great week!  We had so much stuff happen this week. On Thursday this week we had the opportunity to help an elderly lady in our ward. She had us "fix" her floor with reused boards and gave us one hammer and a broken shovel to do it. it was super funny and just started the fun. The next day we had exchanged with the AP's and it was way fun because both of the AP's are from my intake! so we've known each other since the MTC.  I had the opportunity to go with elder madsen and it was super fun! we went and did a lot of teaching and elder madsen is a Hindi elder so that means every fijian we teach i would take the lead.
