Bright light in the big city!
This week was a week long change! my companion Elder Harding
went to rakiraki. I stayed in Nasinu with a new comp Elder Fepulieai, from
samoa! We also got sisters in the district now!
This week Wednesday we had 16 new elders come in! and
three of them spent there first night in Fiji with me! In the Fiji Suva mission
you go out your first night and place a book of Mormon! This is a great
experience for both the new missionary and the old one! We had three come with
us and I took two and Feps took one. and we went out! It was amazing to see
just how much the lord really helps us! We also had a cool experience with a
member! we came to pick up our food! and she asked us for a blessing and both
of the new missionaries hadn't ever given a blessing before so i was able
to help them and we gave a blessing to her and such a sweet blessing and spirit
filled the little house! really cool i just hope the new missionaries
remember what they felt!
Other than that this week was slow and
repetitive however Kelera came to the baptism on Saturday and said she
loved it and wants to do it! however when we double our efforts so does some
one else! so she didn't come to church but this was just a battle the war
is not over yet! and I promised that i would give every ounce of effort!
I had an appifany yesterday. yesterday it was crazy
rainy and crap weather but i caught myself smiling and laughing and waving
to the cars that splashed water on us. and i said to myself stop you look
like a crazy person! and i couldn't. i was soaked, cold and walking. But I
was happy. happy enough to reach out to others! happy enough to continue to
smile and I wondered why and the answer is the gospel!
This is what we have for the world happiness and joy! Never
ending!
never forget what you have and share what you know! I
love all of you very much! my prayers are with you! loloma bibi
