Farewell and Setting Apart

My Farewell was Sept. 16th and that morning I received my Patriarchal Blessing.  It was a great blessing, and very clearly told me that I had a calling to teach about Christ and bring souls back into the Abrahamic Covenant, Patriarch Merrill even called me "one of Abraham's boys".   I spoke about the Book of Mormon, and courage and bravery and my sisters and sister-in-laws sang.  It was a great meeting!  Then we had a family dinner with lots of desserts brought by kind and helpful ward members.  I'm very lucky to be loved so much!

Tuesday night I was set apart as a missionary and I became Elder Swallow.
